I Love it here Honestly
April 25, 2022I have been living here for two years. I can honestly say I don’t have any real complaint every request I placed in was always completed perfectly. Zeff the Super is so awesome he always completes my orders timely and always has a smile on his face. excellent customer service ! Positive workers makes it even more delightful to live here and that’s why I love it. There is always pros and cons but in this case the pros out way the cons. Doable
October 12, 2015Lived in this apartment complex for the past 8 years, never once has it been updated, but of course rent goes up annually. We painted ourselves, for a fresh update a few years ago. The management supplied us with only 3 gallons of paint which got us no where. There are mice in apartments that they are "working on". My super is great, but his hands are tied from management. Cracks in ceilings, old floors. We are comfortable here but I know I need to move!Property Manager Responded

We have a new management team in place now, and we trust that massive improvement to the St James Apartment Community is already underway. Although this review was from 2015, if you are still one of our valued Residents, we would love to repaint your apartment home for you and address any concerns and action items needed. Our dedicated Customer Service number is 973-575-7935 and we recently purchased and launched an interactive Resident Portal to make Service Requests happen quickly and efficiently. We have some upgrades to the community coming this Summer and we hope to provide a wonderful living experience and a tremendous value to all of our Residents. We're very sorry to see that you did not get to enjoy that level of service when you wrote this review. Thank you for your feedback.
