Don't move here
June 4, 2025Neighbors don't want you to have privacy. The walls are very thin. Where I used to live kids banged on the wall all day and night. The floor shakes if you step too hard. Bathtub has a coating on it that washes away. Probably used to be low income housing.Review from Apartments.com

November 30, 2023This is the second review I have ever written, as I never really had a strong reason to do so until now. I wanted to share some positive aspects of my experience while living there at Salem Chase at Huntington Apartment Homes. Let me explain a few things this complex was owned by a different company for several years. Huntington management brought this complex several months ago and let me tell everyone Huntington has made this place a real home for me and my family. The management team really ...takes care of your needs, maintenance request is complete in less than twenty-four hours, and they communicate with everyone on all issues that effect the residences. Not only is this place one of the most unique, vibrant, and cool places to live we are in the heart of the metro Atlanta area. My interaction with the management team is top notch. Destiny, who is the property manager, is always incredibly quick to respond and goes above and beyond to try and accommodate not only my needs but also each person who lives here. Being in the safety professional I feel very comfortable and safe living here. Nicely Done
November 14, 2023The outside may seem moderate, but once you get in the complex you get an immediate calmness about it. The complex is quite with alot of green areas for walks and picnic. The apartments are fully, and I mean fully renovated. A very clean finish with a modern touch. The bathrooms are spacious and the bedrooms can fit a king size bed with ease and still have space. The property Manager is very friendly and easy to work with which is one of my things when moving in a new complex, we have to get ...along. November 13, 2023I have been living here since 2017. The ôld management wasn’t great at àll. This new management is amazing! Great workers, fast maintenance, actual security at the entrance, trash regulation, everything. I wanted to move from here until the new management came! They actually care about the tenants and I recommend everyone to come stay at these apartments. Was a nice place to live but not so nice now
January 24, 2022I've been a resident here for over 8 years now the management of this community has gone down hill over the past 3 years. The trash is always over packed with garbage on the ground etc,. I've been told I will receive new appliances from Fridge to stove, and only received a refrigerator that is broken and my food is spoiling and over freezing my meat. I've complained about this problem since Sept 2021 and has yet to receive a new one and its now Jan 2022.
