I like my community because it’s quiet and affordability. There are hardly any work orders to be put in but if work orders are to be submitted, they’re completed in a timely manner. Clear and open communication is great with the unit manager. Safety overall receives ten stars from me. The schools are actually great also.

Going on our 3rd year here, we love it. Communication is amazing, whenever something goes on property manager is a phone call/text away. Maintenance is wonderful. Overall, it’s very quiet , kid friendly and well kept and clean.

This is the second review I have ever written, as I never really had a strong reason to do so until now. I wanted to share some positive aspects of my experience while living there at Salem Chase at Huntington Apartment Homes. Let me explain a few things this complex was owned by a different company for several years. Huntington management brought this complex several months ago and let me tell everyone Huntington has made this place a real home for me and my family.

takes care of your needs, maintenance request is complete in less than twenty-four hours, and they communicate with everyone on all issues that effect the residences.
Not only is this place one of the most unique, vibrant, and cool places to live we are in the heart of the metro Atlanta area. My interaction with the management team is top notch. Destiny, who is the property manager, is always incredibly quick to respond and goes above and beyond to try and accommodate not only my needs but also each person who lives here. Being in the safety professional I feel very comfortable and safe living here. In addition, with the way the economy has inflated everything the price living here is very reasonable you get your monies worth.

Been here for a year. And i had to renew my lease. This new management is awesome. The property manager is always a second from the point to call or text her. They are very awesome. Whenever there’s an issue they are there to solve it. The places is well taken care of and they are doing a lot to keep the place safe and clean as well.
