April 15, 2025As I was looking for a place, not knowing what to expect… these STUCK OUT at me. I only put my Name and Email on the form, because I wasn’t sure “when” I could move. Ja’Breya INSTANTLY contacted me! Lol… her and Melanie (Property Manager) were AMAZING! They truly made a challenging situation…. smooth as butter! My place is soo comfy AND…. they pick up my trash from my door! If you’re looking for a nice neighborhood and a quiet beautiful apartment complex. I recommend Salem Glen!Property Manager Responded

April 26, 2021I’m not a resident but I was reading the review and the person said the property manager gave her 7 days. The judge gave the person 7 days for non-payment of the rent. I’m moving applying for an apartment because I pay my rent on time. It would different if it was said that there were issues with getting things repaired. It seems like she’s just doing her job and managing the apartments.Review from Apartments.com
Staff is horrible
July 7, 2018Melanie, the office manager, is a rude miserable person! She finds joy in putting tenants out on the street! After talking with about 5 tenants that faced similar situations they all were given back their rent payments and told that they had 7 days to leave the premises. One person in particular is a single mom who she told, “maybe if you weren’t always concerned about getting your hair done then you could pay your rent on time”. Keep in mind this woman was only a few days late. I would not refer ...another person to this apartment complex. The trash is always overflowing and there is always a grouchy woman monitoring your every move on behalf of Melanie. January 9, 2018I would like to publicly state my appreciation for Ms. Melody the property manager of Salem Glen Apts. Homes. She is very, very professional and kind. Being in the housing area, I have experience some property mangers who sole job was to be deeming and treat the resident like they were beneath them, I can assure you that Ms. Melody is NOT that kind of person. My experience with her has always been very pleasant, professional and helpful. October 19, 2016I am confused reading some remarks regarding management. I choose Salen for my Brother 8 years ago to live close to me. Since then I have found Melony to be a great help in caring for my Brother.
