  • HORRIBLE. DONT DO IT

    Move in date was 4/26 the pushed it to 5/1 because they claimed it wasn’t ready and the cleaning crew didn’t get a chance to clean it. Move in day came and by the time we moved all of our stuff in the bugs came running out of the walls. Had no where to stay because my family and i can’t live like that. Spent the next couple of days looking for better living conditions. I don’t even care about the eviction. I could never have my kids live like that

  • DO NOT MOVE HERE

    It was DIRTY when I moved in, office can’t answer a phone or email, unknown charges added to your account, no ceiling fans in my one bedroom, tile floors because only few have been renovated, painted over plywood for cabinets, walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversations and no I’m not exaggerating, they have BUGS bad, and I could go on. I regret moving in and you shouldn’t either.

  • Do not move here!

    I absolutely do not recommend moving into this apartment complex. Upon moving we discovered that there were bed bugs in which we had to pay for ourselves to exterminate the apartment! On top of that any maintainence requests in order to get the issue resolved you either will have to call multiple times or go to the office and request and they may get to it over the course of a couple days or not all. I have been looking for a corporate number for the apartment. The customer service from ...

  • Don't Even Bother

    I've been in my apartment for almost a year now. Within this time, I've had the property manager, catch multiple attitudes and throw tantrums over me requesting my personal rental history, requesting pest control and maintenance on my apartment. The tile floors are throughout the house and are absolutely cold. I've had the flu twice because of it as well as a stomach virus because of my former neighbors and their sanitation issues. There was a shooting two weeks ago right outside my apartment and ...
    when I requested to transfer to another unit upon renewal, I was told no; not because there wasn't any spaces available, but because even though my lease said there would be a $300 transfer fee, the property manager just didn't feel like going through the process of moving me. The amount for rent is not even worth it. Just don't come here. Please don't waste your time.
