Landscaping is included in the rent. Tenants pay for water, sewer, and garbage which will be directly posted to your tenant ledger. Tenants pay for setting up electric into their name. Tenant will need to find alternate parking if needed, there is limited street parking, this is public parking, and Landmark does not monitor street parking. Reserved lot and garage spaces rent for $60 per month when available. No designated guest parking. Pets allowed with prior approval and additional fees. Samish Station is honestly such a dreadful experience. I get a sense of unprofessionalism from the inconsiderate management. What a waste of my hard-earned money and time.
Samish Station left a bad taste in my mouth. Or, rather, a horrible one.
