June 15, 2022I would recommend it based on the friendly community and staff. I would not recommend it based on the air conditioning and heating costs. It's over $100 when everything is turned off. In the winter, I never turn the heat on since my air handler will run constantly just to try to get it up to 70. In the summer, it's $350 just to keep it at 80. Multiple complaints and inspections and being told everything is ok. My neighbor has the same problem. Management tells me everything is fine and it's not. ...Adding that much money and discomfort on top of rent isn't acceptable. I think the air handlers are probably the originals and haven't been upgraded. My apartment faces north so there is no reason for the summer prices just trying to keep it at 80. Other people I know in other complexes never pay more than $100 a month and keep it at 72 all year.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
