April 29, 2025There is no management to take care of this building. They let someone live there who makes the building awful but letting random people come and his stuff is always out on his driveway. The cops are always there. No management ever there. DONT MOVE HEREReview from Apartments.com
Villa Marquita
September 29, 2017I lived in one of these apartments at one time and have seen these issues first hand. These apartments are NOT smoke free and the air conditioning listed as an amenity is an open window. Internet access is up to the tenant to purchase through a provider. The building is in disrepair and the onsite *apartment managers* are non existent. Good luck getting anything fixed. The garages always have water leaks and if you store anything in the garage it may be damaged. The laundry room is dirty with 3 ...washers and 3 dryers.
