This place is trouble
April 30, 2020Don't move here. When they found out we aren't renewing the lease, they sent people to our apartment who made false statements about the condition of the apartment so they could keep our security deposit. The report is totally false. My roommate needs handicap parking, as well, and they don't have enough handicap spots. They kicked him out of the handicap parking so that the employees can use the spot without even having handicap stickers. This place is trouble.Review from Apartments.com

March 1, 2017I moved here a few months ago and I love it. I told my niece to move here too and she is getting an apartment next month here. My apartment is huge. Its a way cheaper price than any other 3 bedrooms in the whole area. It's always clean and quiet. Maintenance is really good, especially the tall guy, my stuff always gets fixed. All the office people are really nice. I don't have any bugs and I have good neighbors. This is a really good place.Review from Apartments.com

Pretty good place to live
November 30, 2016This is a pretty nice and big apartments. The 2 bedroom apartment is big and it has a washer and dryer and it is less than my old apartment and it is bigger and it has 2 bathrooms. My apartment is really nice and it has new tile. The only bad thing is a lot of papers to fill out but the office people are freally nice and friendly. And some of the kids are mean and their parents don't watch them.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible Apartments
November 30, 2016Stay away from San Giovanni! This property is dirty. You always will come across reoccurring issues with apartment. When you notify the office of the issues it takes them about 30 days or so. Which there is poor management and horrible customer service skills. Every year lease amount goes higher when the apartment doesn't meet it standards. It outdated and old property. Trash is always everywhere. The dumpsters are the most disturbing and disgusting thing to see. Which brings many homeless, cats ...and roaches to the area. Parking is HORRIBLE! The worst part is that if contact the towing service assigned to the apartments, to have a vehicle towed who is parked in your cover spot you must pay a monthly fee or a fee to have the towing service available to you when needed. Many tenants AC didn't work this past summer. Just stay away from this property!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
