$ 600.00 Security Deposit -Apartment unseen. Only Virtual. Huge Mistake! More square footage DOES NOT mean more Liveable Space. Now, that I've actually looked /stepped Inside: "Valencia with fireplace" . We decide, not going to work. Our current 957sqft. Looks huge! So, $600.00 is lost. Why?, 72 hour holding period.Regardless, the $600.00 deposit was made while the old tenant still lived there, it took 3 weeks for them to have it cleaned and ready to view. It's my fault. ...inside it prior to move in. How many other renters are eager to move in, but feel under-whelmed, when they do. Isn't that what a security deposit it all about? They say, "It's money lost, we could have rented it, we held it for you." Really, cause I can't control another person still living in the apartment when I put my $600.00 down and I can't control why, it took you 3 weeks to clean it, so I could view it. I had 72 hours from the time i put the $600.00 Security Deposit down. Ridiculous! Be Aware! I'll never recommend! The best part, through out this, expecting to get my $600.00 Security Deposit back. I sent 6 emails, called numerous times. No one ever responded. They had my money and I wasn't warranted a reply. 3 months later. Prior to sending this. I call, one last time. "I'll call you back". I've heard enough!
