October 14, 2019I didn't have any problem staying for 4 years and 2 months. It is nice and decent apartment but while leaving I didn't have good experience.Before 2 months of leaving I went to office and said that I am leaving apartment after 2 months one of the office lady said that I will get the notice at home then you can come along with that notice but I never received that notice. Again I went after a month and said that I never received the notice and I have to leave in 1 months then they are telling me ...that I had to give 2 months notice else I have to pay a contract breach amount. After a long discussion they waived the amount. Another I didn't like is after staying for 4 years and 2 months they deducted the carpet change amount and they were saying that it is prorated amount and they change the carpet in seven years only. If they have charged me the carpet change amount than they should have refund mine cleaning amount which I paid before leaving the apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
FEES FEES FEES!
February 5, 2016It's always the little things that get overlooked so I've mentioned a few things that people easily overlook when looking for a new apartment. Pros - The community is nice and so is the staff. - Close to shopping and transportation. - Stone counter tops, high ceilings, nice trim. - Rental Office Management (I've only talked with them a few times but they have always been nice) Cons - EXTRA FEES FEES FEES AND MORE FEES - COST OF WATER/SEWER IS OUTRAGEOUS. - MOVE OUT GOTCHA! Get ready to pay... - ...HORRIBLE CELL RECEPTION - OVERPRICED - NO PARKING If you're the type that just goes with the flow by getting overcharged, fee'd to death, and just overall taken advantage of then this is your place! If you have a problem with being taken advantage of and the basic principle of greed... then I would not recommend San Marino Apartments or any other run by WASATCH PREMIER COMMUNITIES as you'll just become bitter. I'll be moving once my lease is up. There are many many new apartment places being built in the area and everywhere else in Salt Lake. San Marino
July 28, 2015My wife and I have lived here for almost two years now. We've enjoyed living here and plan to stay a long time. Pros: Maintenance/ upkeep on property and yard is excellent, very helpful and friendly staff, energy efficient keeping utilities low, smoke free, nice pool/ hot tub with free gas grills, 10' ceilings, granite countertops, huge bathroom, most of all we love how quite it is (we often sleep with our window open in cooler months) Cons: Insufficient parkingReview from Apartments.com
