The apartments are nice, well soundproofed, well appointed, and kept clean and in good repair, and the grounds, landscaping and amenities are always lovely and maintained. June 6, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI love living here, the soundproofing in the apartments is superior to most local construction, the landscaping is kept nice and clean, the trash is picked up enough to never be an issue, people are happy here with their kids and pets, with in unit laundry and great maintenance and management staff, it's a very nice place to live. The grounds and landscaping are very well kept, the dumpsters maintained effectively and never stay overfull, the pool and hot tub are excellent, as well as heated and dual treated like aquatic therapy pools, and the people managing and maintaining the property are very nice. If I have any concerns I can always get them addressed with the team. The apartments are very nice, the in unit laundry is indispensable, the modern hardwood floors easy to maintain, the ...carpeted bedroom perfect on the feet, and the 2 bd units have 2 bathrooms, so it's like dual master suites. There are a few different layouts. I live in Phase 1, which is 2 story and fenced, but the Phase 2 apartments are also nice and they have another pool and hot tub there.
