January 8, 2021I have been a long term resident at this property going on 5 years now. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay. The grounds and pool are always maintained. The staff are courteous and professional, (especially Bella). The buildings and my unit are maintained well. I have never had any major issues, and if anything did happen, maintenance was there ASAP to assist me with any issues. In addition, this is a great area. Shops, gyms, restaurants, & grocery stores are all in walking distance. ...There’s a reason why I’ve lived here for multiple years! She made everything Seamless with our long distance move from Las Vegas , San Marino has the perfect location . Pretty much 9 min from the Beach , extremely close to the highway 95. Could do so much better
March 12, 2020The management is unresponsive. The maintenance is lackluster at best (if you can actually get ahold of someone). Was okay when Bella was there, but this place is going down the toilet fast. Those that can leave do, and for good reason. They continue to hike up prices to the equivalent of a half million dollar mortgage, they'll steal your deposit as best they can, and for what? November 7, 2019San Marino is an awesome place to live! The homes are spacious and have great views and a garage. But most importantly, the management is stellar. Bella in the front office has always been immediately responsive to any needs and always has a beautiful smile and great energy. For example, my daughter has also lived in San Marino apartments and when her dog passed away, Bella reimbursed the pet charge. Also, when I am away, I can always call Bella and she will go out of her way to do a small ...favor for me. I am writing because it is unfortunate that usually people who are disgruntled write reviews. Highly Recommended!!
May 9, 2019San Marino is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I've been here for exactly 1 year and happily just renewed my lease. The apartment itself is beautiful. I love coming home every day to this great neighborhood. Since the first day I walked into the leasing office, Bella has been nothing but an angel to me. She goes above and beyond and often times I feel like telling her "thank you" isn't enough. She's just so awesome. The Regional manager Jimmy is perfect. He is incredibly ...accommodating and always gets things done. The maintenance guy also does a very good job of resolving issues in a timely manner. I never had to wait or mention an issue twice. Being that its located in Boca, you can't beat the price. You will never get an apartment like this in Boca for the same price.
