Management is horrible, the leasing process is a disaster, and they have no idea what they are doing, and WILL add extra charges to your account.

I have lived in San Marino for 3 years! I love living here! San Marino has set the bar very high. They have a beautiful property and it is maintained very well. If you ever need anything, maintenance is there right away to fix any issues. Bella the property manager is top-notch! Very responsive and extremely helpful. If you are looking to move here, ask for Bella! She’s amazing and will take great care of you! I highly recommended living here!!

I have been a long term resident at this property going on 5 years now. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay.
The grounds and pool are always maintained.
The staff are courteous and professional, (especially Bella).
The buildings and my unit are maintained well.
I have never had any major issues, and if anything did happen, maintenance was there ASAP to assist me with any issues.
In addition, this is a great area. Shops, gyms, restaurants, & grocery stores are all in walking distance. ...
There’s a reason why I’ve lived here for multiple years! I urge anyone looking to rent in Boca to check this property out! -P.S

Bella was really Amazing ! She was very Responsive with all the questions that we asked.
She made everything Seamless with our long distance move from Las Vegas , San Marino has the perfect location . Pretty much 9 min from the Beach , extremely close to the highway 95. The Unit was Clean . My family and I are happy with our Decision to move to Boca . The neighbors are very friendly. I highly recommend San Marino Townhomes.

I have lived here for over 2 years and I highly recommend San Marino to anyone looking for a great place to live. The rooms are spacious, and the property is well kept with a great pool. Bella ( Property Manager) has been especially helpful, friendly, and accommodating ! She has always made herself available to provide assistance with any concerns and has made living at San Marino a pleasure. Definitely 5 stars here !

My son is a Junior at FAU and lives in San Marino at Town Place. Bella helped him and his roommates so much with the transition and made them feel at home upon arrival. The process was easy and the apartment is very nice!
Great customer service. I would totally recommend Bella as your "guide" if you are looking at this property!

The management is unresponsive. The maintenance is lackluster at best (if you can actually get ahold of someone). Was okay when Bella was there, but this place is going down the toilet fast. Those that can leave do, and for good reason. They continue to hike up prices to the equivalent of a half million dollar mortgage, they'll steal your deposit as best they can, and for what? A place that, aside from great location, is essentially becoming the ghetto of Boca Raton? There are much better ...
places around and not all are a naked cash grab.

San Marino is an awesome place to live! The homes are spacious and have great views and a garage. But most importantly, the management is stellar. Bella in the front office has always been immediately responsive to any needs and always has a beautiful smile and great energy.
For example, my daughter has also lived in San Marino apartments and when her dog passed away, Bella reimbursed the pet charge. Also, when I am away, I can always call Bella and she will go out of her way to do a small ...

San Marino is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I've been here for exactly 1 year and happily just renewed my lease. The apartment itself is beautiful. I love coming home every day to this great neighborhood. Since the first day I walked into the leasing office, Bella has been nothing but an angel to me.
