Worse Management EVER!
January 22, 2019This place changes staff memebers like people change socks! They NEVER ANSWER the phone & then when your forced to come into the office they are clueless about what's going on or being done about it. They even give you attitude! They'll inform you of a issue after the fact instead of avoiding the hassle by seeking simple resolve with communication first. I've always been a good tenant, paid my bills on time & yet & still I was forced to deal with unprofessional, uneducated ever changing staff ...members when something arised. It seemed we're the ones (tenants) who would always seem to be on top of things & they are the ones to ALWAYS drop the ball. They speak in codes or tell you one thing in your face & it turns out to be something else. Its quite maddening to have to deal with such chaos because they cannot seem to get it together on their end. They're RUDE when trying to explain something simply because they have no REAL BUSINESS/Real Estate training. They hire their cousins & uncles & friends even when they are UNQUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS. I can go on but just to give you all a better understanding of what this place is about, I hope I've done you justice. It's a MIRAGE! Dnt be fooled. Don’t Do It!
July 1, 2018The rent is low compared to other places but if you are interested in apartments that are infested with roaches and occasionally scorpions then these are the apartments just for you! You probably have a month or two without pests when you recently move in but little by little they come back! You can waste your time and complain to the office about your problems but more then likely they won’t raise a finger to help you out. But watch out if you go a day over when the rents due. They got rid of ...the old landscape company to “save money” so now all the landscaping looks dead, dry and just a mess. If you have an issue with your apartment they will take there sweet time to resolve it, it take up to 2 to 3 days for them to pay you a visit. If you plan to move in or visit, make sure to lock your doors because it’s common for your car to get broken into. There use to be security but nobody knows what happened to that. These are the worst apartments that we moved into, and everything got worse with the new management, they always change people, but nothing ever changes. The only thing that changes is the rent, but i don’t get it, why am i paying more for apartments that are slowly becoming worse and worse. DONT DO IT, take your time to move somewhere else especially if you have little ones, they don’t deserve a place like this, and neither do you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 3, 2017Im a resident,I've been here for 3 yrs. And if u plan on moving here and u like to bbq DONT MOVE HERE!! They made me get rid of my grill. Gave me a 2 day notice. I had to throw it away. But yet i still see so many apts that still have there grill. Was told that lil by lil everyone is getting notices. Which I dont believe! For me part of my diet is bbq food. I've been eating healthy for 2 yrs now. I've been complaing was told to get me a George Forman grill. I do not want to grill inside!! ...Well just want to let u knw if u plan on moving here.. Nice apartments
August 16, 2017So these apartments are pretty good. I like the office people and the maintenance people. I never had an problem getting my stuff fixed or anything. I would like if they had black stoves and refrigerators better tho. The area is ok its not great but is safe for my kids. They go out and play with all the kids and they have a playground for the kids. The school is close and it's a good school for the kids. I recommend these apartments.Review from Apartments.com

August 8, 2017These apartments is nice especally for the price is good rent price. My apartment is good size and has washer dryer in it that what my girl likes. The people that works here is all nice I never have no problem with them. I seen a few bugs but they come spray so its all good. Omar always fix my stuff and he cool. Unsatisfactory
August 6, 2017The maintenance takes a long time to get done and the staff are rude. I had an active work order for 3 months. They will also leave notices for inspections and you have to make plans for animals, then they reschedule without telling you. It then becomes your problem. Don't move here. FYI I've even attacked by dogs here. Yet with all the problems and lies here they still demand rent on time. Can't wait to leave and actually be treated like an individual worthy of respect.Review from Apartments.com
