March 16, 2026It's quiet. But the hallways are dirty, the carpets are disgusting, and it always smells bad. My apartment wasn't completely clean when I first saw it. I had to clean everything.This is the first time I've ever rented an apartment and it was handed over to me like this. That's why I was surprised. The office staff are very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff are the same. My air conditioning stopped working.
