February 11, 2025Very unsafe place cars are being stolen and broken into. Management don’t care security it’s a joke. Plus this is not a gated community as they advertise it. (False advertising)Review from Apartments.com

Good Place
October 1, 2021I've lived in San Mateo for two years and I just transferred from a one-bedroom to a two. Maintenace are great, I put in a work order and they come and fix it quickly. Sometimes the girls in the office don't answer the phone but I realize that get pretty busy. I do recommend the apartments overall it is a nice place.Property Manager Responded
