May 5, 2024It is clear aesthetically San Merano at Mirasol is very beautiful. That is also matched by the professionalism, customer Service and attention to any detail that is significant. Thus they rate a very high review. It’s all in the DETAILS
April 15, 2024Lived here 11 months. Apartment was available quickly but it did come at a premium. Good clean environment overall. Staff were friendly and accommodating. But it did take quite a while to Get MAILBOX KEYS and I NEVER GOT THE SO CALLED DWELO smart home device, although I paid for it 11 months. I left the apartment in impeccable condition and I wrote the management requesting a refund due to me for the device charges. NO RESPONSE to date and it’s been 9 months now. Sadly the upper management level ...is next to impossible to contact directly for resolutions, this then only places you in the hands of local management, who in almost all cases have their hands tied behind their backs, and leaves the customer infuriated. Terrible customer support. These are the types of experiences that ultimately leave a BAD REVIEW. I was struggling to leave even a 3 star review, only because I enjoyed being in a good neighborhood.Property Manager Responded

Great Community
March 30, 2024I’ve been here since August and never have any issues ever. If there’s an issue the service teams here to fix it. If there’s a community update they will make sure you’re informed. If you have any questions walk right into the main office and you’re welcomed to sit and ask away any time. I’ve been in many communities in many areas of Palm Beach County. By far this is my favorite. Mirasol alone is pretty enough and to have these affordable apartments in an area like Mirasol is something worth your ...money. I would suggest yes to anyone looking at moving to the area. This is your pick.Property Manager Responded

Staff could conduct seminars on Proper People Skills
February 26, 2024I recently had the pleasure of a tour with Patricia who had greeted me in a professional, welcoming manner. She was so unassuming; so down to earth and without any pretense of, as the Three Stooges' would say..."hoi polloi" . There was no intimidation whatsoever given the place is aesthetically overwhelmingly pristine and Patricia and her co-worker/manager Daisy treated me kindly with genuine understanding. Not worth it
May 19, 2022To be honest, the community is gorgeous, and when the complex opened the apartments were as well. 15 years later and i think its a different story - the units are falling into disrepair with broken appliances, broken doors, mold issues, leaks, and drain clogs. The office staff are also pretty useless, bordering on negligent and it was pretty clear my unit wasn't actually cleaned before i moved in (my sink was covered in coffee grounds and the oven was caked with grease and almost caught fire the ...first time i used it, master tub was clogged....etc)Property Manager Responded
