November 11, 2024First, I'll start by saying this is the second Graystar Property that I have lived in. My first experience was in Texas, and it was fabulous. San Paulo is also just as fabulous. No disappointments with anything. Great maintenance. David and his team promptly respond to every request. No long wait times for things to be fixed, and if it is going to be longer than anticipated, you are notified immediately. Now on to the management team. Excellent response time from Requel and Justice. Please ...note that this does not exclude the rest of the team. Excellent residents/customer service all the way around. I am beyond pleased about the property. Everything thing on the property is well maintained. I have been blessed to have great neighbors. I absolutely love my apartment.
