First, I'll start by saying this is the second Graystar Property that I have lived in. My first experience was in Texas, and it was fabulous. San Paulo is also just as fabulous. No disappointments with anything. Great maintenance. David and his team promptly respond to every request. No long wait times for things to be fixed, and if it is going to be longer than anticipated, you are notified immediately.
