Good amenities but the roaches in the pool is a downer. Parking is nice and people are quiet. Roaches in the hot tub is terrible. Roaches.

I wanted to be excited about living here. On paper, it looks like all the shiny new features and amenities are great and the apartment tour shows a very nice home. In reality, you are given a broken apartment you will spend more than two weeks trying to fix before you can even settle into your home. The smart home feature they advertise controls one light (on and off are the only functions) and has a door code that the office never gave us. So we can only lock our door through the app, not ...
unlock. They will also have you download several apps for different purposes. Overall, I can't in good conscious recommend living here to a potential new resident.

I have lived at San Portella for 2 years now and it has been amazing. I love how living here is like living in your own little resort. The management team throws fun monthly events to get the community together, everything is always clean, and maintenance is always on top of everything. I could not recommend San Portella more!

Moved from NY to AZ in 2021, San Portella has been a good place to live we have gone through some management changes since but overall, the experience has not changed much. The people who live here are great neighbors are respectful new management seems to have put an emphasis on upgrading some of the amenities which is nice.

I moved here from Texas, site and property unseen in person, and I have to say; it far exceeds anything I could ever ask for. I will Gladly live here until I buy a house.
