    I have lived at San Portella for 2 years now and it has been amazing. I love how living here is like living in your own little resort. The management team throws fun monthly events to get the community together, everything is always clean, and maintenance is always on top of everything. I could not recommend San Portella more!

    Moved from NY to AZ in 2021, San Portella has been a good place to live we have gone through some management changes since but overall, the experience has not changed much. The people who live here are great neighbors are respectful new management seems to have put an emphasis on upgrading some of the amenities which is nice.

    I moved here from Texas, site and property unseen in person, and I have to say; it far exceeds anything I could ever ask for. I will Gladly live here until I buy a house.     My family and I are feeling comfortable and safe living at San Portella, maintenance team is really good and quick, in general lease office personnel is good, however, for some reason the gym and pool access is restricted at 6pm, the access must be beyond that time, many of us have chance to get pool or gym at night and now we can't because they are closed.
