DO NOT LIVE HERE
December 31, 2024’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment complex. The property is consistently dirty and feels like it only gets cleaned every two weeks at best. On top of that, safety is a major concern. The gate remains unlocked despite multiple complaints, and someone recently walked in during the night and stole items from balconies. This is unacceptable, yet management refuses to take accountability or address the issue properly. The management team is completely unresponsive and ...unhelpful. They love to shift blame, often claiming they’re “new” or blaming prior staff, instead of taking responsibility for their lack of action. To make matters worse, I’ve been charged late fees even though I pay my rent on time every month. I’ve had to waste time repeatedly showing proof of payment to have these charges removed. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, security, and accountability from management makes living here an ongoing frustration. I would not recommend this place to anyone until significant improvements are made. Don’t waste your money
March 28, 2021Living at San Regis has been the absolute worst place i have EVER lived in my life. The staff is the worst part they can keep staff for one its always new ppl so we you email to complain no one gets back to you and gives you the run around. The maintenance is lazy I have put in several request and all they do is mark as completely and dont show up! My air condition had not work in months and the heat just runs on its own all night all they have yet to come fix either one, its now 80 degrees ...and they the leasing office is unhelpful ! These place has roaches because they ppl are moving out. Homeless ppl get in a sleep in the laundry room all the time making it unsafe to feel comfortable leaving my clothes in washer because the security doesnt do anything but be on their phone ive complained bout how i had to put money in washer and a homeless guys came and unplugged the machines to cut his has and they don’t nothing about it the manger said she was s gonna escalate my complaints and have yet to do so im supposed to living in hot house because of the heat wont stop running with bugs and its 80 degrees outside and in my apartment do not waste your money on this place only lived here a yr and already movingRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
No not move here
March 19, 2021I have only lived here and within a year I'm already moving out the maintenance is horrible. My air conditioner has stopped working now 5 times they have come and fixed it this is now the 5th time it's gone out and i requested to be fixed going on 2 weeks and have yet to up its 80 degrees in here. The closet doors are off the hinges that they fell completely off There is no security in the parking lot and they keep the leasing gate open and homeless ppl have gotten in asleep in the laudry ...rooms and unsafe to leave clothes in where im paying I understand its a pandemic but we have not been able to use NONE of the amenities nor have they lowered the rent when other complex are doing socials distancing They change leasing staff so frequently I cant keep up and they are unhelpful take forever to answer the phone This place was a waste of my money!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
There is no Security in this Community
October 12, 2019If you looking for some safe place, San Regis is the last one. Unfortunately, I'm living here and base on the rent price the new management is the worst than the worst thing you imagine. In last month 5 times my packages are stolen, the post box doors are broken and there are no cameras in surrounding and the office staff does not take the responsibility. I complain 5 times to them and they answer like it is my problem. The do not accept any package in office. The new management staff is too ...rude, they talk with you like that you are nothing for them. About renovation based on the price that they charge you: OLD fridge, old stove, old laundry ( which still works with coins), and much more. My experience
June 26, 2019I want to warn people not to come in this place. it’s seemingly beautiful apartments, clean courtyard, gym, parking. But this is all just a sham, and what's going on there is horror. the sewers of the Second World War, my apartment was flooded with water 3 times, the cockroaches nest, the administration is just rude people, nobody guarantees your safety, my Lexus keys were stolen from my apartment, and after that Lexus was stolen from the parking lot, nobody is responsible for anything !Review from Apartments.com
Love my apartment building
June 25, 2016Just moved in about 2 months ago. I really love this place. The people are nice and friendly. No issues. Everyone minds their own business unlike other places. Love the pool,jacuzzi, gym, basketball and tennis area. Overall I love it all. I plan to stay here for a long time. I love that there is a Starbucks, grocery store,gas station, and freeway close by. One of the Best Apartments in the area
October 9, 2015I have currently been living in San Regis Apartments for 3 months and it is a nice apartment complex. I haven't had many issues. No loud neighbors, no smoking odor, no pest, and very nice pool area. Would I renew my lease? Probably not. Van Nuys area is not for me. The rent is a bit much considering the area, and I HATE that the apartments control the units temperature at all times. Some days it's extremely hot/cold. I was able to move in a few days of applying because it was a weekend. ...Maintenance can be a bit tedious as well as the online sign up to pay your rent. So you say you are "easy going"!
August 12, 2015Possibly that will make your experience, if you so decide to rent here...quite pleasant. If you are indeed easy going then you won't mind that there is a mysterious heating/ cooling system here. I'm certain it must be something quite extraordinary. I could try to explain it as it has been explained to me but....I wouldn't be very effective. basically I pay for an apartment that has a/c and heat. But, it must be the land of opposites.... No Place Like Home
September 4, 2015I wanted a place that was well kept, close to the dining and shopping I enjoy. But with this apartment i got more. I ended up with all of those things plus a apartment with a pool, hot tub and fitness center, friendly management and close to the freeway. I was willing to settle but got more than I by moving here. My best place for live
September 3, 2015This is the perfect building. The staff is super friendly and helpful, first of all. They are always smiling and ready to help. The building is really cute and aesthetically very pleasing. The kitchens are modern and beautiful and the units come with a washer/drier as well as lots of closet space. If you like modern/elegant/clean look, you will be very pleased with the interior, too. It is a gorgeous, secure building that always felt safe and the common areas are always clean.
