Not bad
April 18, 2022It is a nice looking and fairly safe place to live but still subject to crime due to lack of prevention. The pool area is one of the best but can't do even a kids party...yep or at least no more 3 persons per resident. The security guard will come like if you have committed a crime and call a police officer. It is a fairly new complex and it's been well maintained. People with noisy cars engine starts and speeding on the parking lot is normal and apparently there is nothing they can do about it. ...Also, marihuana smell have been increasing lately.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Area
March 29, 2022I've lived here for over a year now and absolutely love the area. It's a wonderful location, all of the amenities are great. Recently management had a food truck come and offer their services, as well as a masseuse. It is a bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for.Property Manager Responded

RUDE
December 7, 2021The new property management here is the worst I've come across in the past 20 years i have been renting. Not helpful and rude is an understatement. It feels like dealing with young, rude children who have no people/life skills and are miserable at work. Love my apartment, but staff if terrible.Review from Apartments.com
The nerve
December 4, 2021The staff was rude and never returned my calls as promised whenever I had issue. Also when my lease was up I requested to stay month to month and was told my unit was sold. Mind you I have always paid my rent on time never gave them any trouble. However, the manager lied and told me my unit was sold but this app clearly says the unit I lived in wouldn’t be available until December 11th. This really upsets me because they put me in a bind. Don’t get me wrong the apartments are nice and well kept.Review from Apartments.com
