March 27, 2026I've been a resident of San Riva for nearly six years and have really enjoyed coming home here. It's quiet and secluded, tucked away into the Foothills, and after us there's nothing else. The important amenities are less than a mile away-Safeway, Walgreens pharmacy, Starbucks, a great nail salon, post office, a couple of auto shops, some good restaurants, and a hardware store. We have amazing views of South Mountain, the radio towers, sunsets, and easy access to hiking trails. San Riva also ...loves having dogs, and made a dog park complete with doggie water fountain, plus many areas of grass. Yard maintenance crews arrive weekly and the grounds are really nice. Community grills, dog waste stations are abundant, and the pool area is resort quality, with 2 pools, shaded areas, padded loungers. If I ever need to rent again I will return! There's a monthly food truck and fun events such as Pet of the Month and holiday drives. Certain life circumstances are making it not feasible to stay, but if I ever need to rent again, I will return to San Riva. Even a one bedroom has tons of storage, and each unit is prepped to new condition-new flooring, new paint, deep clean, clear coated countertops. Ceilings are high and also painted, with nice crown molding, and some of the units have built-in bookcases.Property Manager Responded

July 14, 2025Living at San Riva is safe and comfortable. I really enjoy the pool and fitness center as well as the trash pick-up service. That said, the apartment itself is really old and shabby. Appliances are really old. Years of repainting has left spots of white paint all over faux hardwood floors, vanity and kitchen surfaces. The carpet in my unit is gross, it really should have been changed before I moved in, especially given the price I'm paying here. There's an a/c output right in the shower and it ...drips all night. The toilet runs. In other words, the actual living spaces just don't eqate to the price or the word "luxury" used when advertising the apartments. There are cheaper, nicer apartments nearby. If my rent gets raised, which everyone says it will, I dont know if I can justify staying.Property Manager Responded

June 2, 2025Though I feel that the current apartment I stay at has very old appliances and does not have a modern kitchen. The neighborhood where this complex is at is family friendly and beautiful scenery. 5 min away from South Mountain where you can take a beautiful hike and capture one of the worlds most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Also you take a bike along the Phx bike trail right by 202 freeway where you can capture a beautiful view of the desert and the Estrella mountainsProperty Manager Responded
