June 2, 2025Though I feel that the current apartment I stay at has very old appliances and does not have a modern kitchen. The neighborhood where this complex is at is family friendly and beautiful scenery. 5 min away from South Mountain where you can take a beautiful hike and capture one of the worlds most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Also you take a bike along the Phx bike trail right by 202 freeway where you can capture a beautiful view of the desert and the Estrella mountainsProperty Manager Responded

Office team is great and responsive. March 11, 2024My husband and I have been living here for nearly seven years now. It is a very quiet community with respectful neighbors and believe it or not no noise from the freeway. If people are drag racing or the cops are chasing a speeder then you can hear the cars. We've had no problem with getting work orders attended to ASAP especially with the A/C and the water heater.
