November 4, 2024San Valiente is a mostly quiet place to live. The apartments are updated for the most part, and it is in a convenient area. Management is quite responsive. It takes a while to get repairs done since it is such a large complex.Review from Apartments.com

October 28, 2024Don’t come here the office tried to make it sun shine and rainbows for the first couple months then after that it horrible. Mainly maintaining, they never get their work done. October 3, 2024I been here 5 years for the most part it’s been great considering I mind my business and only call for repairs if needed. I really wanted some new blinds considering I have seen many come and go in my area and all have new blinds except me. The neighbors are have dogs & the dogs poop smell and dog droppings I have reported several times. Garbage some days is not picked up for two~three days and it’s hot and that makes it stink.Review from Apartments.com

September 13, 2024I absolutely love my new home! Such a spacious, luxurious apartment and it feels like home already. All of the appliances are new, everything is modern and brand new. I really appreciate Jeffery & Arlo for making the move-in process so smooth and enjoyable, they are wonderful! August 23, 2024Just moved in!!! Everything looks great… had no problems or any issues moving just the long stairs lol. Wife and kids love it!!!! Alot of space and it’s nice and clean. Everything works pretty goodProperty Manager Responded
