THIS PLACE SUCKS

Read all the reviews before moving in. This place is a joke. Management SUCKS. (Shawn was the only good one but now apparently doesn’t work there anymore) The amount of issues I have had is insane.
-washer made my stuff black
-dryer broken
-ac raining water??
- shower doesn’t drain
-when i moved in everything was DIRTY and black
- patio had to be fixed and i walked on a plank for a week
- BLACK MOLD in my dishwasher
- don’t even get me started on the parking
- OH ALSO someone threw their dead pet ...
cat in the dumpster with litter poured all over it which is illegal and the office has yet to email me back! it’s been over a month
whoever the lady is in the front office sucks and she doesn’t care to handle a problem. we had extended our lease with shawn and weren’t going to have an extra fee charge. well now we do and he doesn’t work here anymore and she doesn’t care
avoid this place at all cost.

The maintenance concerns you mentioned were taken care of, and we did provide some compensation in recognition of the inconvenience. We're sorry again that you had to deal with that, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process. As for the new parking permit system, we know there have been some initial hiccups. We’re still working through the fine-tuning phase and doing our best to communicate updates clearly and make the process as smooth as possible for everyone. Regarding the dumpster area, while we can’t always control what gets left behind, we actively monitor the area and follow up on any violations that come up. Lastly, We understand there was some confusion about the month-to-month fees.
