March 31, 2026Multiple work orders in the first month. Keys didn’t function for mailbox. Issues with garage access for the first week & still don’t have a working pin. HVAC issues from the start. Maintenance came in to fix fridge today and used PB Blaster on fan - entire apartment coated in oil smell, requesting it to be removed/cleaned. Mandy is doing an excellent job at ensuring things get fixed, replaced, or are addressed in a timely manner. I enjoy living in this complex, my apartment is wonderful. Because it is an older complex I expect things to need replacing or repair on occasion. Mandy and the girls in the office have been on top of getting things done. I am quite happy with their ...response to any issues. If you submit a repair request they are on too of it THAT day or no later than the next day. You can’t ask for more than that as a tenant. January 12, 2026My experience with sanctuary at eagle creek has been poor. When moving in our apartment was not ready, including not being clean, dirt trapped under wax that was never fixed, not being painted, dryer and stove both broken. These issues were addressed and marked completed when no one ever showed up. I had to go into the office a week after not being able to use my dryer and stove to investigate why they were not fixed. The Supervision from the office to maintenence is poor and when contacting the ...office about it, they apologize and offer to fix it. With better supervison the maintenence repairs could be more professional and efficient.Property Manager Responded
