May 21, 2025As a paying resident, I must express my disappointment in the community since Rachel left. It’s a shame. No community engagements, trivia nights, bbqs, cooking nights, book clubs, makeover nights, picnics, group walks. She did it all. Great Experience - Great Management

The on-site managers are here for any needs, and the building is so well kept. May 26, 2023This is probably got to be the nicest place that I have rented in scituate and this would make it the fifth place that I have rented in this town. The apartments are beautiful and the management team is very nice and helpful with anything that you need. For the people who are out there that might be like me and think that there is no way that I would be expected that was me and let me Tell you they will work with you through the whole process as me and computers don’t really get along if you know ...what I mean and there are people from blue collar and white collar and those in between so don’t just settle for some out dated apartment out there when you To could be living in a beautiful place with all best kitchen equipment and laundry equipment that is out there and not to mention the beautiful bathrooms as well. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained and the staff keeps the building spotless which is a priority for me! I also love how quiet it is. I also cannot say enough about the manager, Shauna. She is amazing at her job and goes above and beyond in helping in any way she can. She is so attentive and is so quick to find resolutions! Best property ever
February 22, 2023I moved here when they first finished construction and in my 25+ years of renting I have never been happier. I was a little nervous because of the large amount of units in the building but you’d never know it. The units are absolutely stunning (my friends all say I live in an upscale hotel, lol). They have everything you would want and need and everything (flooring, appliances, etc) are modern and top of the line!! Management and maintenance are fantastic and always accessible if they should be ...needed. Neighbors are friendly but not overwhelmingly so. I truly don’t have a bad thing to say about living here. February 16, 2023The units are tastefully designed - everything from the flooring to the cabinets to the light fixtures (especially the lights hanging over the kitchen island!). The units have huge windows which I love because the natural light flows in during the day and it feels bright and airy. Looking out the window and seeing the ocean really sealed the deal for me. The ceilings are also very high which adds to the feeling of luxury. The units on the upper floors have decks that are fabulous - nicely ...sized to fit my bistro table to enjoy coffee in the morning while enjoying the ocean view, and a glass of wine in the evening. There is a common area which feels like a high end hotel on the California Coast. Comfortable and classy! Shauna - the property manager - is extremely helpful and very hard working and maintenance is very very quick in response time! The people here are also so nice. I felt at home very quickly.
