February 11, 2022I lived here about 3 years and LOVED it!!!! Loved the neighbors, pet friendly, in-unit washer dryer, patio and balcony. Nice bathrooms. Overall beautiful and cozy. Nice pool and jacuzzi, I miss that. Also super close park with a basketball court so that’s fun. But also nice to just have a walk in the morning and evening. I’d definitely live here again if I was able to afford it, I’d be back in a heart beat. Hopefully some day!!Review from Apartments.com
Sneaky theives
February 28, 2018I lived here for 2 years and it was the worst management I have ever had to deal with! First off when my washer broke it took 3 months to get it fixed and the technician would come into the house when we weren’t home and not leave any notices that they entered my home. When I would call the office and let know that my washer STILL isn’t fixed they argued and said “as far as my notes go, they fixed it” well that’s a lie because my laundry is not clean!! Then when it came to move out they took my ...entire $1000 deposit PLUS $800 more on top of that. All they had to do was replace the carpet and paint, there was no other damage! They gave me an internet print (Just a google search!) out of a bottle of windex, screws, paint brushed, paint, and a ton of little things saying that these items were bought to repair my house after I moved but no receipts!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 23, 2015This is the perfect apartment complex if you are looking for a large floor plan, large patio,garage and washer and dryer in your unit and yes they accept pets. Most of the residents have been renting here for 4 years and are very friendly. Great place to live if you like to socialize and have kids also the apartment complex is right next to Oak Spring park which is a great place to workout and walk your dog.Property Manager Responded
