filthy and broken elevators
October 27, 2021I went over a friends apartment today to take a look at his apartment layout. I’ve been wanting to move to the St Pete area for awhile. They have two elevators and neither are working so we decided to take the stairs… Not only were the stairs filthy, But there is a huge puddle of dog urine present. Apparently, emails and phone calls have been made to corporate headquarters without any return calls or emails. If you can’t walk up five flights of stairs, I would seriously reconsider Sand Cove as a ...choice. I definitely will! A lack of response by Pedcor is a bad sign!Property Manager Responded
