I have lived at Sand Spring Apartments for 18 years, occupying a 2 bedroom apartment with my son who has also lived here for 17 years. The apartment is spacious and affords you a back porch and storage area with a nice sunrise in the morning. Maintenance men are always around to fix an issue you might have. During the winter all the sidewalks and roads are plowed and salted. Grass cut every Wednesday and ground kept debris clean from leaves. Short drives into town and areas around, multiple ...

schools in the area including Lehigh Carbon Community College not even 5 minute up the street. Amazing place to live.

The apartments are very clean and spacious. They have a small washer and dryer hookup in them. The side I was living in was nice and quiet. I really had no complaints with the apartment itself. I did have some complaints as I left as one of the bills I felt they should have paid partially for but they pretty much stuck me with and tried every excuse in the book why they shouldn't pay. That's the only reason I gave it 3 stars. The apartment in itself is very nice and well maintained.
