Not enough parking it’s ridiculous to have to park 4 buildings away from my building. Parking permits were a thing at one point now anyone can park anywhere and residents have no parking.
Property is not kept up as when I initially moved here. Apts are outdated but rent still goes up. Not worth it.

Lived there a year & learned our lesson! For as expensive as the apartments are the walls are super thin~ between barking dogs all hours of the day & night and couples arguing at 3am, the management is absolutely terrible! Save all the money you are spending on the mediocre place and find somewhere nice in Pearland. We learned our lesson after being there for a year. When we got there management was amazing. They communicated with everyone and were quick and friendly when there was any kind of issue. These new people are unfriendly and couldn’t care less.

Not the best option for your money

I am currently a resident here. A few things to consider. Pros: great and friendly staff. It seems like there are great amenities on first look while touring. Cons: biggest complaint is the business center. Computers never work, the wifi has not worked in over here months. Every time I submit an inquiry to have it fixed they act like this is a new complaint. If you need it for school or work, don't- it's just a nice room to sit in. The hot tub hasn't worked in over a year, I am told they have no ...
intention of fixing it. Parking is a pain as there are too many cars and not enough spaces, which leaves you walking quite far unless you get there early in the day. Price is absurdly high. Similar apartments in the area charge about $400 less than what I'm currently paying for the same comparing apples to apples. I would recommend you do your research in the area before signing a lease. Also read your lease thoroughly as they sometimes give you less keys than what they state on the contract but can charge you for them at the end of the term.
