My main entry way has not be fixed in years, its a hazard they wont fix. 1 small washer/dryer for one building. Cost 3 bucks. Was told I was getting a new door, like others have, never happened. No way to pay rent online, need checks. Someone keeps parking in my assigned parking spot. My kitchen counter tops are the land lord special, they just paint over them. So good luck trying to clean them, paint just comes off. Disrespectful management, they will leave aggressive voicemails when you call ...

We went to see the townhouse and returned with the application filled out and the $25 application fee the same day. I kept calling to know if we were approved and never got a response back until 2 weeks later. The owner claiming that we didn't fill out the whole application, we did fill it out. I gave him the info that he claimed wasn't on the application and still waiting for a call back. My husband called and never got a call back. He also questioning my income. I am legally blind so am under ...

disability. What should concern him is if we are good tenents and pay our rent on time. He ripped us off and don't return calls. So, go where you treated right and not get ripped off. I would rate it 0!

The owner, George, is creepy and rude. The townhouses are also very small on the inside and not worth all the money he is charging. Also, the quality of the townhouses are poor, and I agree with the comment below that it looks better from the outside. I would recommend that you save your money and look elsewhere!

Appalling and dishonest management

I moved into a townhome after being reassured that it was well maintained and cared for. After a year of being an excellent tenant the property owner stopped completing request and did lots of patchwork. I refused to renew my lease and contacted Lansing Township with complaints about the upkeep of this property. Save your money it's a horrible environment with corrupt and disrespectful management.

This apartment/town home complex is in a great area. I would love to live here. The location is right next to everything( grocery store, schools, movies, mall,etc). The staff seems pretty cool as well.

I was quite disappointed when touring a unit in Lansing. Not only was it was smaller than I expected but it reeked of smoke and as it it's been closed up for an unknown period of time! Someone in the office should've known better than to show it in this condition. Every room is too small for more than one person at a time. It's very hard to think that a family could comfortably occupy one of these units. I was willing to make some concessions on my search for a home but this is not worth it!
