Every time I called they were super nice, friendly, and helpful! Answered all of my questions and gave me all the information I needed! Anything else I wanted to know more on I was told I would get more in depth answers during a meeting as it got closer to my target move-in date, which I wasn’t surprised by at all and was thankful that they told me.
