Great management by Diane!
May 26, 2022Have been renting for over ten years. Over the years, managers changed, and now Diane is in charge. She is great! She has been the manager for several years now and is responsive and helpful when you need her. She cares and is professional. Maintenance team is quick to address issues too. Great management
July 31, 2019Stayed here for 2 years and my time here was great. Diane at the front desk is amazing and responds so quickly to any maintenance issue or any questions you may have. The pool and gym were easily accessible and an added perk to the apartment. The property is well kept up; they always had people coming in and cleaning, mowing, etc.Review from Apartments.com
High Praise for the Management
May 4, 2018I've lived at Sandstone Manor for almost a year now and I can't say enough about the management and the maintenance staff here. While this may not be the most luxurious of apartments, I feel that the onsite managers and the maintenance staff more than make up for any lack of luxury. Anytime that I've had a maintenance issue, it has been handled with lightening speed and always to my satisfaction. In fact, my most recent issue was handled beyond my expectations. Diane and Jan and Sergio are ...most pleasant to work with. And I feel that they do a fine job of trying to make the property as nice as possible. It is an old property and there's only so much you can do given budget restrictions, etc., but I always feel that they are doing their best. I see some negative posts about this property, but I feel that these are from people who are looking for luxury living at an affordable price. And that probably isn't going to happen in the City of Portland, unfortunately. I've been very happy here so far, with the exception of some of the tenants who don't seem to know how to put their trash in the proper bins. But that certainly isn't the fault of management unless they can convince the property owners to invest in some surveillance cameras to catch those who don't bother to read the signs. But if they did that, I'm sure my rent would go up. So I'll live with it. All in all, this has been a great apartment and I hope to stay here until that day comes that I can afford that high end luxury apartment.
