    You never want to leave the surroundings of the apartment. You always feel like you are out of town at a resort. Accommodations are wonderful including staff, landscaping, interior, clubhouse, all around.

  • Don’t do it !!!!

    All the 4 and 5 Star reviews WAS WHEN LADY K WAS HERE!!(A Former manager if you don't already live here) Once she left this place has been AWFUL AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE TO LIVE HERE. First things first there “amazing dog park” IS SO FULL OF DOG POOP MY DAUGHTERS SHOES ALWAYS COME OUT LOOKING LIKE THIS AFTER 5mins of letting our dog out. Do you like taking walks with your little ones out side? DONT BECAUSE people here don't put their dogs on leashes and no one enforces it we sometimes run back into ...
    our apartment because of these dogs running loose!! Almost have been bit too! the pool/grilling area is always filled dogs When management isn't around/working. The area is also filled with noisy people who can not watch their profanity! We constantly have to leave the area or close our balcony door because we don't need our child learning those disgusting words (cussing) Not every dog is friendly here. Your complaints will get you know nowhere here! THE NICE BLUE POOL is either closed or dirty!! We don't let our baby swim in it anymore THIS COMMUNITY USED TO BE NICE BUT NOT TO MENTION THE HALLWAYS ARE EXTREMELY DIRTY AND THEY DONT CARE! They claim to power wash it but it rarely gets done. I have tried to complain, take pictures but let me tell you they are quick to fine you though! For what you pay you mines as well live in a place that actually cares about u and takes care of you their also known to delete bad comments about them and the pictures below are the movie room which has gum crumbs and lots of dirty things under the seats...i once found a kids shirt under the seat. and the trash valet service u pay for it's useless because they skip days and management says they'll get on it but doesn't! trust me....stay away it's one thing to post a review but to have pictures.....my amazing wife picks up our dogs poop everytime she goes out but guess what we got FINED there's so much poop everywhere we can't tell if it's ours or another random dogs WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE.

  • Sandstone Ridge

    My fiancé and I have lived here for about 1 month. This property is beautiful. Very different than the usual apartments seen around town. They are brand new, north of town, so they are not mixed in with the chaos of city traffic. Although, the loop 250 and major roads are easily accessible. Staff is awesome. Neighbors are friendly and courteous. Finally, the pet policy is what drew me in. This property is pet-friendly. Even includes a dog park.
