March 3, 2026I've been living here at Sandstone for 6 years now and it appears to be the same community. The grounds don't appear to be a kept as when I first moved in. In my area the grass used to be nice and green, it looks dead now, dead bushes, trees are still here from the freeze in 21'. It's a nice community to live in other than that, the staff is nice, maintenance is nice and get to you in a decent time to fix your issue. My only complaint is since they've made this complex non-smoking tenants don't ...really follow the lease that they signed that clearly stated no smoking in your unit. I smell all kinds of smoke everyday. Please think of your neighbors, the cigarette smoke comes through vents, plugs and cracks in the wall. It affects those that do not smoke. Stiffer punishment should be handed out to those that violate the lease. Just my opinion.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 9, 2026Overall, my experiences at Sandstone have been great! That is for a 5-year span of time. But my true love is for plants and landscapes. The Sandstone landscape, when I first moved in, was amazingly beautiful. Then we had the worst winter that we had in years, and it killed the majority of the plants. New owners have replaced many of them, but without continued proper care, they soon died. Secondly, dead leaves are piled up everywhere. These are summer, fall and winter leaves that have been ...allowed to accumulate and remain. They need to be all cleaned up, bagged up and put in the dumpsters for removal.
