January 9, 2026Overall, my experiences at Sandstone have been great! That is for a 5-year span of time. But my true love is for plants and landscapes. The Sandstone landscape, when I first moved in, was amazingly beautiful. Then we had the worst winter that we had in years, and it killed the majority of the plants. New owners have replaced many of them, but without continued proper care, they soon died. Secondly, dead leaves are piled up everywhere. These are summer, fall and winter leaves that have been ...allowed to accumulate and remain. They need to be all cleaned up, bagged up and put in the dumpsters for removal. July 22, 2025Desiree and Kristin are AMAZING! I love the office staff. It is the management company who once again dragged their feet so residents were unable to enjoy the pool (4th out of the 5 summers I have been here. ) I moved here because of the pool… and almost every summer there is a problem that they wait UNTIL the summer to work on which leaves us unable to use the amenities promised at move in. AGAIN THE OFFICE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE STAFF ARE AMAZING! So if you want a usable pool go elsewhere. If ...you don't care about a pool move here.Property Manager Responded
