February 6, 2026Overall the neighbors I’ve met have been kind Rosetta Emily and Cindy have all been very kind. It’s been an amazing experience moving in and getting ready to move in. They are very thoughtful of everything. Spacious apartments with nice amenities. Will say that people around here sometimes do not clean up after the dogs and themselves. January 13, 2026Office staff is not helpful, outside building cameras do not work, they allow residents to throw away bulk trash and it overflows the dumpsters, roaches, kids constantly knock on doors, noisy at night, pool is only open one month during the summer.Property Manager Responded

August 7, 2025Samsan bluff is a great community but maintenance needs to do better when they come and fix appliances it takes them a long time to fix anything... overall is the great complex I love that they have resources for single parents and kids.Property Manager Responded
