I just moved in and the apartment has roaches. Infested with roaches. I am going to have to clean all of the drawers in the kitchen cabinets. They were not cleaned. Also, the toilet was not cleaned and still not clean. It has stains in it. The apartment was not cleaned properly. The tubs are not cleaned. I have asked for a new refrigerator because there are roaches in the refrigerator! No one came to address the issue. This is very disappointing and so disgusting! The doors do not Latch and close ...
properly. There is a hole in my bedroom closet. The kitchen stove needs an adapter because it will not fit in the plug that is in the wall. I’m not able to use my kitchen stove at all. I was in tears because I’m thinking I should have looked at other apartments.

I am currently a year an a half in this neighborhood and I would say it’s not that bad. It’s not perfect but it is a comfortable space to live as long as you don’t bother anyone.

Good experience, front office is great and no issues with neighbors. Every once in a while back gate is closed, best exit to get towards the park behind property but all and all maintenance crew keeps place up.

Overall the neighbors I’ve met have been kind Rosetta Emily and Cindy have all been very kind. It’s been an amazing experience moving in and getting ready to move in. They are very thoughtful of everything. Spacious apartments with nice amenities. Will say that people around here sometimes do not clean up after the dogs and themselves. But overall a very nice area.

Office staff is not helpful, outside building cameras do not work, they allow residents to throw away bulk trash and it overflows the dumpsters, roaches, kids constantly knock on doors, noisy at night, pool is only open one month during the summer.

No one ever answers the phone in the office and there's no respect at all amongst neighbors. When I first moved in, they told me the apartment was ready but it was disgusting. I wasn't able to move all my belongings until a week later.

Nice apartments. Management is great, no problems with any of the residents. Maintenance could be a little quicker on requests or even give follow ups on your wait time. That would be my only concern/complaint.
