It is great living here the price is right.The renovation of a school building into 8 apts was exciting. Now I live in one of the best the city has to offer,the name is right (Santa Barara ) and all works well. The color scheme is good having light apon dark ,fans for cool and a location good for this tenant to live near many ways to major roads out.The wood tones for door and floor make you feel clean and down home.Good clean water laundry is free and the building is over 100 years old .I ...

recommend it to any one who need love in there heart,happiness in their soul and friendship to all who live at this wounderfull place.
