December 11, 2021It's pretty, but don't be fooled into living here. The management is very controlling and authoritative over their residents. They post affidavits and warnings for the smallest things. The management cites and fines their residents for almost anything without any ability to explain or correct any mistakes. From towing your car while your asleep, to making any amenity a hassle to use, the management watches you and watches you well They don't mind the difficulty they cause and carry no shame for ...charging a premium for everything, even just parking your car in front of your house. March 15, 2020There is a lot of crime in this community. Mail theft, drug deals, assaults. Management will not rectify any problems. They will argue with you. As your tour the community, they’ll promise you the world, but what they’ll really do is tow your car and rip you off when you move.Review from Apartments.com
