    My fiancé and I have lived in countless apartments over the last 10 years throughout the IE and OC due to work. Santa Barbara has by far been our most favorite place to live and we shed a little tear every time we drive by. It was the first time we truly felt at home and settled. The only reason we left was to save money to find a house with a backyard. The maintenance and grounds team are top tier. Jennifer, the community director, is very attentive and personable.   • Resort style living

    Living at Santa Barbara apartments feels like you are on vacation in a resort 24/7 7 days a week. The staff here are great and friendly. Neighbors are very friendly as well. The only thing I would say is that rent can be pretty pricey but definitely worth it. The property offers a ton of amenities, great for keeping the kids active and entertained. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone.

  • Nothing is PERECT, but this is close

    This community is situated right in the middle of Rancho Cucamonga, so if you're headed east to Redlands or west to Los Angeles your commute time is great (depending on time of day of course). The complex itself has great amenities. If you're into fitness there's a fitness center that has the latest machines and the smaller free weights. The pool has a nice long area as well as bar-b-que grills if you want to swim and just relax down by the pool. There's also a restroom and shower to rinse off ...
    before headed back in the house. Each building in the community has its own sitting area and bar-b-que grill if you want to sit close to home and enjoy the outside or entertain a small crowd. Lewis Corp. is big on community involvement. by that I mean they are always hosting some type of event for the residents. Movies in the theater room, handing out breakfast bags, having food trucks come to the complex, and a host of other enjoyable, memorable things. Now that I've expressed all the great things i have to tell you about the not so great. With this being a big community and units ranging for 1 to 4 bedrooms you can image parking can be come crazy. Most units are assigned a garage, but sometimes you made need a space and there just aren't any. BUT the GOOD thing is Santa Barbara unlike the other complexes in this immediate area have additional parking along the south side of the complex on the street. The other not so great thing is all units are 3 stories, so if you have an issues with that then this wouldn't be for you. Really not a big deal... but not everyone likes that. So almost PERFECT, right?

    Santa Barbara apartment living is like being on vacation. You can relax in a quiet setting or relax at the pool. The amenities are great, you can work out or even do a little work in the computer room. The apartment is very beautifully landscaped and nicely kept. You are in walking distant to restaurants and shopping. There is even a Church close by (Abundant Living) where you can go to praise GOD. I LOVE everything about Santa Barbara living.

    Love the interior of apartments. The complex is clean. Maintenance and office staff is great. Been here for 6 months and loved it at first but all my neighbors have moved out and the new ones that moved in make me want to move out asap. Loud music blasting all night and smoking in a non smoking community. It seems like trash replaced the families that used to lived here.

    We moved here 3 years ago and we have no future plans of leaving. After owning a home for 18 years, we were skeptical about apartment living. Moving to the Santa Barbara Community was the best move we ever made. Professional staff. Very well managed. Beautiful, upscale community. Stunning living. We feel as if we live at a resort. The quality of life at Santa Barbara is beyond imaginable. It's definitely a must-see-to-believe community. We are very proud of our home.

  • Clean, cozy, convenient and well-kept

    I've been renting here for over two and a half years. I've always told the staff that this place should be a rent-to-own property! Its a small cozy property with only 192 units. It is thankfully a non-smoking community as I sleep with a Bi-PAP machine. Although the staff has rotated through a few times they are always pleasant and respectful. When a request is made the service is promptly scheduled. Being that it is a small community I have never seen the pool overcrowded and the gym rarely ...
    has more than 2 residents using it. Maintenance is always working and the property is always kept up and gorgeous to look at. The theme used in construction was perfect for the setting! If I could I truly would buy one of these townhomes!

    Santa Barbara is a great place to live. I love the property's amenities and clean upkeep of the property. Maintenance is always helpful and friendly. The only issue I feel is a problem is parking. I don't feel comfortable with having to park my second car outside of the complex.
