Santa Clara provides 2 barbecues on the Community, as well as 2 centralized laundry rooms. Conveniently located near 55, 22 & 5 Freeways. Close to Stater Bros, Del Taco, Ace Hardware & Yum Yum Donuts. Pet policy: $500 cat deposit & $25 monthly pet rent (2) cats max, no pet dogs. *Service and Emotional Support Animals are exempt from all pet restrictions and fees.
