Roaches Poor management and Hidden Fees
May 23, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWorst choice I ever made the list of issues with this place is ridiculous the apartment I applied for wasn’t ready I wasn’t notified so on my move in day was a surprise took them over two hours for them to find me a new unit which ended up being smaller and cost more I should have left then but my movers where on site maintenance team is a joke management has switch 3 different times since my lease and they have a lot of hidden fees oh yea Roach problem big time

The management triple charged me on various fees for water and trash after I moved out with the property manager non-existent in the office, always “out to lunch” or “booked up” the rest of the day if you wait for him to return. Pest control does absolutely nothing to control roaches getting in the ground floor, and feel free to ignore any emails saying there’s a fine for junk or trash on balconies, either everyone’s paying it or nobody is.

May 25, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comInitially we loved this place, the management was good - however for past 6 months or so, since the new management has taken over (and they changed the name from Santa Fe Ranch to Tides o Ranchview), the condition has deteriorated. They have added un-necessary amount to monthly bills, zero service, don't respond to calls from current renters, rude, change rules on their whims and fancy. Just waiting for my lease to be over. Avoid renting here if you can.

After 15 phone calls and 12 emails, they admitted we were owed the security deposit however they will not send it. These people are extremely dishonest and take advantage or renters. Stay away.

Not sure why you give lease agreement for with so many rules ? Water shutdown every month without notice using emergency as an excuse. Emergency means once or twice and not every month. Worst Complex for Parking
May 23, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comAbsolute worst place to live. No respect for their residents or their guests when it comes to parking. The very few guest parking they have is ridiculous. Towing happens all the time even if you have a “parking pass”. They obviously have some deal made with the shady towing company. I’d avoid at all costs and find a better complex in the area to live at. We absolutely LOVED our apartment home- any issues, noise or maintenance related were handled in a timely matter and we had zero issues so it was a no brainer when we were looking for a new place in the fall of 2016 that we would be moving back to SFR. Since being here we’ve had no complaints- during the summer our AC went out and it was close to 11pm, I called the after hours line and 10 minutes later the on call ...service tech was knocking at our door letting us know he was handling the issue!
