Having lived her for almost 3 years and very please. Friendly staff, quiet community, considerate neighbors, and conveniently located next to lite-rail / bus stop and grocery store. I would consider staying longer but I miss having seasons. Definitely recommend Santa Fe Springs to anymore.

I like the prices on the rent, I feel comfortable with it....and the gas/water they paid for us....its a 2bedroom /2bath......I love it but Im thinking of moving to showlow az.....my lease is coming up on Sept 30th ......thank-you.....
