October 23, 2025The move in process at Santa Rosa is truly excellent. When we toured the community for the first time Veronica was incredibly knowledgeable. She started by showing us what was available in our price range on the property map. Then after touring the model unit she walked us around the property and showed us from sidewalk view where our potential units would be and the advantages to each unit (proximity to grill, west facing windows for sunset etc.). I felt like this attention to detail is ...something that solidifies our decision. No other complex went the extra mile to walk us through what our living would look like in each unit and that felt special. There were zero surprises upon move in and the unit was spotless . The community has been peaceful , all residents respectful and communication with Veronica was consistent.Property Manager Responded

September 13, 2024A Santa Rosa provides a great place to live. Apartments provide plenty space are quiet & have nice interiors. Having a doorbell is a bonus. My children and I have found a sense of community within the complex, management and maintenance are extremely personable, responsive, and truly demonstrate commitment to the residents. I was hoping my transition from house to apartment would be short- until I found another house- but with my experience and peace of mind I have living here, I’d be just fine slowing the transition and residing here longer than anticipated.Property Manager Responded
