I understand the complex is a bit older and things will eventually need maintenance, but so far, I have not have any reason to consider moving out. December 16, 2024The grounds and apts are pretty clean and up to date. Maintenance on the grounds very good. Dogs are allowed the cost of having a dog and rent is pretty pricey. Water and sewer not included in rent. Parking is not good at all.Property Manager Responded
