Saratoga Crossing does not enforce rules
May 9, 2022Management at Saratoga Crossing does not enforce rules: dogs run on the lawn with no leash and rabbits. Residents leave unsightly personal property on the common lawn that is not part of their patio/terrace. Management allows sports, including hitting golf balls and soccer, to be played under your windows. The property has gone down hill since moved here less than two years ago. The office rarely answers telephone calls. The apartments are large.Property Manager Responded

July 2, 2020We've been having issues with the new people that moved in upstairs being overly loud to the point that our light fixtures shake and swing around, this family also thought it was a good idea to loudly move in during the middle of the night. when we call the leasing office and have to leave a message no one calls us back, when we get a person they say they will reach out and get back to us, well we never heard back and the noise hasn't stopped. last night was the worst between 1am to around 3:30am ...we heard yelling, slamming and other sounds. we called the leasing office last night when we first heard the noise and left a message, the office has been open for 4 hours and still no call back from them. also since i woke up I've heard non stop running and jumping from up there and their coversations.Property Manager Responded

Gone Downhill Big Time
March 27, 2020This place used to be high end and worth what you paid for. The people in the office change on almost a weekly basis and don't care about making the residents happy. Rules are no longer enforced and it now looks like I live in a trailer park.Property Manager Responded

Nice Community
July 8, 2016Nice people live here! Must love dogs as there are plenty! Units are modern and very nice. Office personnel are nice and friendly. Only Con is that Office is slow to fix and follow-up on Maintenance issues. Seems to be a communication gap between Office and Maintenance. Maintenance Supv seems eager to fix and accommodate once he gets the message. You need to stay on top of issues to get proper response. Over flow parking is sparse but they are working on expansion. Unprofessional and rude office
August 29, 2015To pay 1555$ a month and have the grass way out grown to about 5-6 inches long is ridiculous. The pool hours are never consistent with the hours posted and the pool is opened and closed whenever the life guards want, at the renters' expense. Many times families get ready for the pool day and when they arrive at the pool, realizing it is closed, ask the office for an answer and are returned with snarky comments and excuses. August 14, 2015This is an awesome apartment community located right of I90. Not only are the apartments beautiful, but the amenities are fantastic! From the pool to the clubhouse to the garages for every apartment, you really cannot go wrong here. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. It really feels a lot like living in a house. The apartments are really spacious and updated, which provides for very comfortable living. Located close to shopping and restaurants, you are never a few minutes from all of the ...action. August 4, 2015I would give my current apartment a C on an alphabetical scale A-F. By no means is the place an A grade property as stated. When I moved in, the Apartment was dirty and some small items were in disrepair but nothing major. The floor plan is excellent and I have no problems with sound from neighbors which is a blessing. I enjoy the included amenities with my rent and like the location near the town of Victor. I do not enjoy my current apartment location in the community as I am surrounded by other ...units on all sides and have no privacy to open my windows or sit out on my patio with any privacy. Large Dogs Welcome
July 21, 2015Saratoga Crossing, with the exception of the current property manager (Staci), is a wonderful property. Reason being they are disorganized and have invalid information in renters files. The property manager is BEYOND rude on several separate occasions. I don't know if its "Morgan Management" or just the one bad apple. The units are spacious, new and the maintenance team is hard working. Attached garages, fire places, high ceilings, so many windows, pool, fitness and business center, gated ...community with sidewalks. They plow in the winter and maintain the lawns in the warm months. Great Family Community!
May 28, 2014Really safe community with awesome amenities. Many retired couples, families with children and dog owners. We've been very welcomed by the community. I will say that the lawn care could be better. Our grass is always really tall and they are very sloppy when they do mow the grass in our area. When we walked into our new place there was a welcome basket which was really nice and a free pizza coupon- which we used that night. After a long day of moving, they read our minds!
