Deeply Dissapointing
July 29, 2025Our time at Saratoga Ridge was deeply disappointing. We lived there for a little over a year, renewed the lease, but ultimately had to break it 8 months in—after discovering we were expecting a baby and facing ongoing health and safety issues. For the first seven months, we dealt with a severe roach infestation, doing everything we could to manage it. The root cause? Roach carcasses left behind the refrigerator that had clearly never been cleaned before we moved in. Maintenance issues were ...constant—our water heater was so rusted it was nearly falling through the balcony, and when we reported a ceiling leak, the maintenance worker simply stabbed a hole in the ceiling rather than investigating properly. They refinished the tub using strong chemicals, which filled our entire apartment with fumes and coated our electronics, couch, and clothing with residue. Our neighbors with a newborn faced the same infestation issues and were eventually forced to break their lease and leave as well. The community itself was chaotic: dog poop lined the walkways, weed smoke regularly filled the hallways and vents, and thumping music was a daily occurrence. One neighbor overdosed weekly, with ambulances showing up constantly. Amenities were a joke—gym equipment was broken, overrun with unsupervised kids playing on the equipment, and the pools were always closed or trashed with cigarette butts and broken glass. When we tried to leave and gave them a two months notice before so due to pregnancy and health concerns, management offered no flexibility unless it was military-related. We were forced to sign a "promise to pay" the full lease, despite vacating and moving out of state, and are now stuck paying monthly for a unit we no longer live in—with a baby on the way. This situation has been emotionally and financially draining. We strongly discourage anyone from moving to Saratoga Ridge Apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 22, 2025Beautiful units but poor service Office stall make empty promises. Saying things will get fixed. Things will I’ll get taken care of. Promising callbacks that never happen. I haven’t had screens on my window or patio door since I moved in almost 3 months ago. If I open the patio door bees will com in since it’s spring now. I was told over a month ago that they were gonna check on it for me again and call me back. Never happened. Still don’t have a shelf in my fridge. Still have paint streaks on ...the ceilings and walls throughout the unit. If the office does not think it’s an emergency then they will not deal with you, but pretend they are going to help you and never call back. Also, the payment system is outrageous. To allow the payment to process twice for one billing cycle. The day after rent was paid. And not be able to refund the overpayment is insane. Also having to pay a monthly fee to access a gym I may never use. Wild.Property Manager Responded
July 15, 2025Hello Sorry we failed your expectations. Here is some helpful information to help you with the processes you are frustrated with. Your work order portal which you process work orders through allows you to message your maintenance technician assigned to your work order. You can text message them directly for your questions or concerns on the work order. Domuso the payment portal only allows payments that the user has authorized. We do not charge monthly for gym access. I am not sure what charge you are referring to but please come to the office and we can go over your lease agreement with you. thank

Better yet, looks like everything on my requested list has been addressed and taken care of! Its night to go outside and see the trash bins are empty and they even emptied the pet stations!
