Very good! Other than an incompetent maintenance staffmember who didn't know that he needed to clear the condensation trap line UNDER the bathroom sink (my boyfriend found it and did it himself, stopped the dripping onto the floor after that; wish we can bring him back and my bf can show him what to really do just in case it happens with other tenants ac units clogged condensation traps) our stay has been really nice. urgent maintaence request Hamed was very professional and considerate above and beyond works orders. We here at 3111 phase 1 are very pleased with Hamed. He even called in his co workers to assist as the job required 2-3 people knowledge to complete the job. It was a very difficult work order. The issue was address however, we wish that the cold water was working like other apartments. It is still a puzzle why we don't have cold water. We lived in another apartment complex and had no issues with ...
