May 22, 2025Beautiful units but poor service Office stall make empty promises. Saying things will get fixed. Things will I’ll get taken care of. Promising callbacks that never happen. I haven’t had screens on my window or patio door since I moved in almost 3 months ago. If I open the patio door bees will com in since it’s spring now. I was told over a month ago that they were gonna check on it for me again and call me back. Never happened. Still don’t have a shelf in my fridge. Still have paint streaks on ...the ceilings and walls throughout the unit. If the office does not think it’s an emergency then they will not deal with you, but pretend they are going to help you and never call back. Also, the payment system is outrageous. To allow the payment to process twice for one billing cycle. The day after rent was paid. And not be able to refund the overpayment is insane. Better yet, looks like everything on my requested list has been addressed and taken care of! Its night to go outside and see the trash bins are empty and they even emptied the pet stations! Generally a Pretty Great Place to Live
May 5, 2021We lived here for about a year and things were great! We had a couple issues that were resolved in a timely manner. We had an issue that was waiting on COVID to slow down, but it was never resolved before we moved. For the most part everything was nice and tidy when we moved in. The trim was scuffed up in places and the bathroom needed paint touch ups here and there. We noted these things when we moved in, but they never came to resolve them. So we assume they just wanted it for information ...purposes for when we move out. There were a lot of nails and screws that were found in the carpet all over the apartment when we moved in(so just be aware). They are usually okay at getting back to you. Sometimes it takes a little while. Email is better than a phone call, but sometimes still takes a bit. I felt like the longer we were there, the worse the speed of responded became. There are a lot of dogs which do bark, yip, and cause a general ruckus. Not everyone cleans up after their pooches, which is an annoyance. I did not have a lost package or mail and it was a pretty easy process to receive packages. You do only get one covered/guaranteed parking space, so you do need to be aware of who will get home the latest to be able to park appropriately. If you get home after 7:00, it’s going to be a decent amount of circling to find a space. I always felt safe here and it’s surrounded by good neighborhoods. It’s close to just about any shopping or restaurant you could want and also close access to the interstate. There are four pools, but none of them have restrooms! They do have a decent amount of seating and some covered space. There’s a little gym on property and a little marketplace, which is surprisingly stocked well!Property Manager Responded

Easy Move In
