Ticket marked complete I had a long list of items that need to be fixed. The ticket was market complete. However. I dont see that anything was done. No explaination of what was done. Very frustrated at the process. A list of ten or more items should not all be marked complete, even when one item is completed. And when 1 out of a list of items is completed, an explaination of what was done should be given. So that the tenant can verify it was done. Please advise as to what has been worked on.

2026 New Years Move-in When I opened the apartment door, I was pleasantly surprised. The flooring, carpet, fixtures, appliances. Crown molding, chair rail, countertops. Much nicer than I anticipated. Of course with any apartment, there are a few things that need to be addressed. Kari in the office has been very helpful and helped me put in my move-in work order. It's been quiet, and I love the location of my building. Looking forward to a new year in our new apartment.
