It’s convenient to you the grocery store restaurants the people that work here are extremely efficient and friendly in a few months. I’ve been here. September 13, 2025I feel very disappointed I’ve been a resident since 2023, and my experiences were positive until I recently transferred apartments. The first time I got my unit in 2023, it was clean, and the kitchen looked freshly painted. But now, after the transfer, the apartment was dirty. (The carpet was clean) smell bad, the kitchen looks like it was painted by hand, with doors peeling, poorly painted, and drawers that fall apart. The floor was dirty, there was grease in the corners, and tape on the walls ...that I haven’t removed for fear of ruining the paint. The bathroom floor has a crack that might be a problem later. There are cockroaches and a lot of other issues. I don’t feel I was treated properly as a returning resident, and now I’m being charged unfair fees.
