urgent maintaence request Hamed was very professional and considerate above and beyond works orders. We here at 3111 phase 1 are very pleased with Hamed. He even called in his co workers to assist as the job required 2-3 people knowledge to complete the job. It was a very difficult work order. The issue was address however, we wish that the cold water was working like other apartments. It is still a puzzle why we don't have cold water. We lived in another apartment complex and had no issues with ...

Resident dogs I am really enjoying living here. I love my apartment and how quiet it is. I do have a few small issues. The carpet on my balcony is very dirty and has not been cleaned. I attempted with my vacuum and it wasn’t powerful enough. I put in a maintenance request for a flossing dishwasher. The ceiling paint on the balcony needs attention as paint is peeling and falling down. I also emailed about the excessive amount of large dog poop around my building. All can be addressed by ...

These place was a nightmare from the beginning. Management is only nice until you’re locked in your lease and then you become just another person to scam. These apartments are nasty, water damaged and the people running this place would rather threaten you with eviction for made up things for example as I was still moving in on my 5th day they threatened to evict me for having a guest over 14 days and that comes with a fine that you can’t dispute because whatever management decides that’s what ...
goes. Roaches are rampant, maintenance will not fix anything. And it’s expensive to break a lease. There are so many more issues with this place and my move out charge after living there for 15 moths was 2k because that’s what they decided. Speaking to my neighbors they all feel the same.
