An amazing apartment complex

February 28, 2024I was living there in two master bedroom with my friend. It’s handy room plans. Bedroom goes two separate sides from living room with separate bathrooms. I liked it. We had big balcony on tree side with squirrels. It was so funny to look at them in the morning. It’s quite and peaceful place. Specially thanks to Monica. She is pretty nice and friendly. February 12, 2024When I first moved here, I was 19 and in college, looking for a place to live with my best friend. I've been living here for 4 years now and I love it. I've never felt unsafe, the pricing is honestly pretty good, I have the perfect amount of space, the landlord is awesome, place is clean, maintenance is easy to reach and always on it, and neighbors are amazing. July 4, 2020It was so great living at Saticoy Gardens for the last 3 years with my family. Never did I have any "neighbor" issues, parking issues NOTHING. A Gem In Van Nuys
September 17, 2019I've been a resident for over 10 years at Saticoy Garden Apartments. Yeah, it's Van Nuys but an equivalent quality of apartment and property close to the boulevard would be hundreds of dollars more a month. It is a well maintained, safe, and quiet property thanks to the efforts of Monica the manager. Whenever I've needed a repair it's been taken care of quickly and with a friendly staff. Her and her team are so AMAZING, especially providing all the proper information necessary which made the application process to the move in process smooth and simple. During the property walk through, I noticed how GREAT of a rapport Monica has with the property's tenants and community. Out of all the apartments I have lived at, Monica is the BEST property manager I have ever had to work with. Monica is very ...ATTENTIVE, KIND, and CARES so much about making sure property tenants are happy and the property community (and grounds) are fully maintained and kept!
