September 4, 2025The building entrances are constantly dirty, and the maintenance staff does not complete their tasks — work orders remain unfinished for weeks. In the main office, two employees behave very rudely, communicate with disdain, and show no willingness to help. When I ask about my package, they say nothing is in the system and tell me to call the delivery service myself, instead of resolving the issue on their own. The lockers do not open when requested by residents, and it takes weeks of repeatedly ...asking to gain access, which is extremely inconvenient. This treatment of residents is completely unacceptable. The apartment designs are nice, walkable, next to publix and few food options is great but there are many at this price point that I would recommend before this property. Our landscapers work hard to maintain clean sidewalks and lush greenery while keeping pollen away from balconies. I apologize for any inconvenience.
