In the main office, two employees behave very rudely, communicate with disdain, and show no willingness to help. When I ask about my package, they say nothing is in the system and tell me to call the delivery service myself, instead of resolving the issue on their own. The lockers do not open when requested by residents, and it takes weeks of repeatedly ...asking to gain access, which is extremely inconvenient. This treatment of residents is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge management to address this situation immediately and review staff performance, or the overall impression of the complex will suffer greatly.Read More

The apartment designs are nice, walkable, next to publix and few food options is great but there are many at this price point that I would recommend before this property. No one at the office ever answers the phone, maintenance is slow, trash everywhere, weed smell around the property, its OK if you need somewhere to live ...but I am still on the fence about if I will renew in the spring.Read More
