September 4, 2025The building entrances are constantly dirty, and the maintenance staff does not complete their tasks — work orders remain unfinished for weeks. In the main office, two employees behave very rudely, communicate with disdain, and show no willingness to help. When I ask about my package, they say nothing is in the system and tell me to call the delivery service myself, instead of resolving the issue on their own. The lockers do not open when requested by residents, and it takes weeks of repeatedly ...asking to gain access, which is extremely inconvenient. This treatment of residents is completely unacceptable. August 7, 2025This is a fairly new property as it has only been open less than two years yet by the condition of the public areas and the hallways, you would think it has been open ten plus. The apartment designs are nice, walkable, next to publix and few food options is great but there are many at this price point that I would recommend before this property. May 6, 2025Ive shared several concerns already, but those that are still consistent include the continuous dirt/pollen being blown into my patio on the ground floor and the current state of the patio because of it...requiring either a pressure wash or heavy brush cleaning; the issue with parking is also out of hand as I am continually searching for a space near the entry of my bldg, only to end up at a parking spot a distance from my location...something that is a problem for me with still recuperating from ...knee surgery.Property Manager Responded

Our landscapers work hard to maintain clean sidewalks and lush greenery while keeping pollen away from balconies. I apologize for any inconvenience.
