    I’ve lived here for the past four years and I love it! Mrs. Loretta the new property manager is the best and you can tell she genuinely cares about her renters! Highly recommend living here!! Very safe and affordable!

    The apartments I live in are very old, which is no excuse. The tiles are coming up throughout the apartment. My AC was just recently out for 9 days until they came and fixed it. They do not have a 24 hour number to call if something was to happen after hours. There is only one entrance to the apartment and i live in an upstairs unit. If the front door was barricaded in the event of a fire, i would be trapped. The apartment had dozens of holes in the wall where the previous tenant had ...
    pictures hanging. That walls were all painted and evidently not taped up at the baseboards or the ceiling so there is beige paint on the ceiling around the edges. The sheet rock in my bedroom is coming off the walls and it's bubbled up where you can see they tried to paint over it. My kitchen sink only works about half the time and the sprayer has never worked. This complex has no pool, no exercise room, no amenities at all. The mailboxes out front are not suitable to receive mail in, so i have a PO box. The only good thing about the apartments is the location. You are 2 minutes from the interstate and they are located in a great part of town with good schools and a 20 minute access to a big city.
