The apartments are nice in size and in a great location. Everyone here treats u as family. The maintenance staff is helpful, friendly, and show up in a timely manner. poor business practices
May 25, 2016My fiance and I are shopping for apartments 2 hours away so it makes it difficult to get things settled. We were very interested in getting an apartment with them and we were told there was an apartment still available. I got all the documentation and filled everything out and have been in contact with them several times throughout today asking questions on what forms needed to be filled out and how it could be sent in. I even went out and got a money order for them and then got a call saying ...sorry someone put in an application already. If you know someone is actively filling out an application for a specified location and then just accept someone else's after you know the other person has jumped through all the hoops of signing the several documents and gathering all the necessary proof of rental history and then just disregard all of that info and screw them over. I can only imagine what they would do to you after they get you locked in a lease. I will not be looking at any of the other peak management properties.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 25, 2015This place isint all that bad. However there are some things I could live without. For example management seems to employ a stazi like method of neighbors watching neighbors. Not sure if they are rewarding people for tattleing (taking photos or videos of me walking my dog) etc. Or if these people need to get a life. Other than that the place is nice. New appliances, fresh green grass and flowers, big pool, playground, and a Courtyard like congregation area with benches and grill. Most people ...you run into are friendly. Maintenance dose show up when you call. But to get anything really fixed you must badger them or just settle for whatever bandaid they can rig.
